1 Introduction

Welcome to pk solat. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and pk solat. By creating an account, making a deposit, or using any feature of the pk solat platform in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full.

2 Eligibility

To register and use pk solat you must meet the following requirements without exception:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. pk solat strictly prohibits use of the platform by anyone under 18. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time, and any account found to belong to a minor will be closed immediately and all funds confiscated.
• You must be physically located in Pakistan at the time of registration and during gameplay, unless otherwise specified in jurisdiction-specific rules applicable to your region.
• You must be acting on your own behalf, not on behalf of another person or organisation.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion or suspension currently in effect on pk solat or any affiliated platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Pakistani law.

pk solat reserves the right to request documentation to verify any of the above criteria at any point during your use of the platform. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable time may result in account suspension or closure.

3 Your Account

One account per person. Each individual is permitted to hold a single pk solat account. Operating multiple accounts, whether under the same or different names, is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

Accurate information. You are required to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information at registration and to keep that information updated. pk solat is not responsible for any service failures or payment delays resulting from inaccurate account details provided by the player.

Account security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact pk solat support at support@pksolat.com immediately. pk solat will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

Account closure. You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting our support team. Pending withdrawals will be processed in line with the standard withdrawal policy. pk solat reserves the right to close any account at its discretion where there is evidence of rule violations, fraudulent activity, or sustained abuse of bonuses.

4 Deposits

All deposits on pk solat are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. Accepted deposit methods are:

Deposits are credited to your pk solat account balance in real time in most cases. Occasional delays may occur due to banking processing times outside our control. pk solat does not charge fees for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

You must only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts or shared payment instruments are not permitted and may result in account suspension and refund of the relevant funds to their originating source.

5 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount on pk solat is Rs 1,000. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where possible. You cannot withdraw to a payment method that does not match your verified identity on the platform.

pk solat targets a processing time of 2–4 hours for all withdrawal requests during operational hours. Complex cases or those requiring additional verification may take longer. We will notify you if your withdrawal requires further documentation.

Before your first withdrawal, pk solat may request identity verification documents including a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or equivalent. This is a standard anti-money laundering requirement, not a reflection on your individual account. Failure to complete verification will delay or prevent withdrawal processing.

pk solat does not charge withdrawal fees. Any charges applied by your receiving bank or mobile wallet provider are outside our control and are not our responsibility.

Withdrawals from bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements described in Section 6 below. Only funds that meet the applicable wagering requirements may be withdrawn.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

pk solat offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and tournament prize pools from time to time. Each bonus or promotion has its own specific terms which are published on the Promotions page and should be read carefully before opting in.

General bonus conditions that apply across all pk solat promotions unless the specific promotion states otherwise:

• One bonus per promotion per account. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times through different accounts is considered abuse and will result in account closure.
• Wagering requirements. Bonus funds typically carry a wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The specific multiplier (e.g., 20x, 30x) is stated on each promotion's terms page.
• Game contributions. Different game types contribute differently towards wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live dealer games may contribute at a reduced rate. Check each promotion's specific terms for contribution breakdowns.
• Expiry. Bonus funds that are not wagered within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from your account automatically.
• Maximum bet restriction. While a bonus is active on your account, you must not place individual bets exceeding the maximum bet limit stated in the promotion terms. Doing so may result in the bonus being voided.

pk solat reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn before a player has completed the wagering requirement, pk solat will honour the remaining wagering requirement against the bonus already issued.

7 Gameplay & Fair Use

Live dealer games are operated by real human dealers via high-definition video stream. The outcomes of live games are determined by physical game equipment (cards, wheels, dice) and not by software algorithms, providing an additional layer of transparency.

Game results are final. pk solat will not reverse a completed game result except in the specific circumstance of a documented technical error on the platform's side that can be verified independently. Disputes regarding game outcomes must be raised with our support team within 72 hours of the relevant session ending.

In the event of a disconnection during a game, pk solat's system will complete the game round based on the established rules of that game. Where this results in a loss, the result stands. Where it results in a win, the win will be credited to your account once confirmed by the system.

8 Responsible Gaming

pk solat is committed to providing a safe gaming environment. We believe that gaming should be a fun, recreational activity that stays within the boundaries of what each individual player can comfortably afford.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all pk solat account holders directly from their account dashboard:

• Daily deposit limits: Set a maximum amount you can deposit within a 24-hour period. Limits take effect immediately when set. Requests to increase a limit are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Cooling-off period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days). During a cooling-off period, you cannot log in or access the platform.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently close your account and request that you not be allowed to re-register for a specified minimum period. Once self-exclusion is activated, pk solat will take reasonable steps to prevent marketing communications from reaching you.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pk solat. Engaging in any of these will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one account on pk solat
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or at any subsequent verification stage
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to play games or circumvent game mechanics
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors – any bugs discovered must be reported to support immediately rather than exploited
• Collusion with other players, including on live dealer tables or in multiplayer game rooms
• Money laundering or using pk solat to transfer or obscure the origin of funds
• Depositing funds from a payment method that is not registered in your own name
• Abusing bonus offers by creating multiple accounts, structuring deposits to trigger bonus conditions artificially, or wagering in patterns designed to satisfy bonus requirements while minimising financial risk (known as "bonus abuse" or "matched betting" within a single platform)
• Charging back a deposit after using the deposited funds for gameplay
• Allowing or enabling any other person to access or use your pk solat account

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the pk solat platform – including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, game interfaces, text, and software code – is the intellectual property of pk solat or its licensed content providers. Nothing on this platform grants you any ownership rights over this content.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any pk solat content without prior written consent. Game content is additionally protected by the intellectual property rights of the respective game providers and is licensed to pk solat for the purpose of offering those games to registered players.

The pk solat name, logo, and brand marks are trademarks of the company. Use of these marks in any commercial context without written authorisation is prohibited.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pk solat's total liability to you in connection with your use of the platform, including gaming losses, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pk solat is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the platform. This includes but is not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption.

pk solat is not responsible for losses arising from internet connectivity issues, device failures, or interruptions in third-party payment services that are beyond our reasonable control. We will always aim to resolve such situations fairly and promptly when they involve documented technical errors on our own infrastructure.

Nothing in these Terms limits pk solat's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

12 Changes to These Terms

pk solat reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email and/or a notice on the platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Continuing to use pk solat after a change to these Terms takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with a change, you have the right to close your account and withdraw any available balance before the effective date of the change.

The version of these Terms in effect at the time of any dispute is the version that will govern that dispute. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
