Visit the Register page and fill in the four-step form. You will need a username, a valid email address, a Pakistani mobile number, and a password. Then you add your name and date of birth, choose your preferred payment method, and confirm the terms. The whole process takes under two minutes. After submitting, check your email for a verification link and click it to activate your pk solat account. Once verified, you are ready to deposit and start playing.
You must be at least 18 years old to register and play at pk solat. This is enforced during registration and through identity verification checks. If our system identifies an account that may belong to someone under 18, that account is suspended immediately and any deposited funds are returned. We take this obligation seriously and there are no exceptions.
No. pk solat permits one account per person. Opening duplicate accounts is a violation of our Terms and Conditions and will result in all duplicate accounts being closed and bonuses voided. If you have forgotten your login details, use the "Forgot password" option on the login page or contact support at support@pksolat.com to recover your existing account.
First, check your spam or junk folder – verification emails sometimes land there depending on your email provider. If you still cannot find it, log in to your pk solat account and look for a "Resend verification email" option in your account settings. If neither works, contact our support team at support@pksolat.com with your registered email address and we will manually verify your account after confirming your identity.
Log in to your pk solat account and go to Account Settings. From there you can update your mobile number and email address. Changes to your registered name require identity verification – contact our support team with a copy of your CNIC and we will update your name once verification is complete. This process protects your account from unauthorised changes.

pk solat accepts all major Pakistani payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit cards issued by Pakistani banks. All deposits are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No foreign currency conversion is needed and there are no deposit fees on the pk solat side.
The minimum deposit at pk solat is Rs 500. This applies to all payment methods including Easypaisa, JazzCash, and bank transfers. There is no maximum deposit limit set by pk solat, though your individual payment provider may have its own daily transaction limits which are independent of pk solat's platform.
Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits credit in real time – you will see the funds in your pk solat balance within seconds of completing the transfer. NayaPay and SadaPay are also typically instant. IBFT bank transfers may take up to 2 hours depending on your bank's processing times. Card deposits are usually immediate. If your deposit has not appeared after 2 hours, contact our support team with your transaction reference number.
This occasionally happens due to a connectivity interruption between your payment provider and pk solat's system. In all such cases, the funds either credit to your pk solat account within 2 hours once the transaction is reconciled, or they are automatically returned to your Easypaisa/JazzCash wallet. Contact our support team at support@pksolat.com with your mobile number, the approximate time of the transaction, and the amount. We will investigate and resolve it same day.
Yes – your pk solat account is denominated entirely in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposits, balances, bonuses, bets, winnings, and withdrawals are in PKR. There is no currency conversion and no foreign exchange fees. What you deposit is what shows in your account, and what you win is what you withdraw – all in rupees.

Log in to your pk solat account, go to the Wallet or Cashier section, and select Withdraw. Choose your preferred method (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, or bank transfer), enter the amount, and confirm. Withdrawals are returned to the same method you used to deposit most recently in most cases. Your account must be fully verified before your first withdrawal can be processed.
Most pk solat withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash are processed within 2–4 hours. Withdrawals during peak hours or on weekends may take up to 12 hours in rare cases. Bank transfers typically take 1–2 business days depending on your bank. Withdrawals are processed in the order they are received. If your withdrawal has been pending for more than 24 hours, contact support with your withdrawal reference number.
Yes. The minimum withdrawal amount at pk solat is Rs 1,000. There is no maximum withdrawal limit set by pk solat, though large withdrawals may require additional identity verification before processing as part of standard security and compliance procedures.
The most common reasons for a withdrawal being rejected at pk solat are: the account is not fully verified; there are active bonus wagering requirements that have not been completed; the withdrawal amount is below the minimum; or the destination payment detail does not match the account. The welcome bonus at pk solat is applied automatically when you make your first deposit after registering and verifying your account. There is no code to enter – as long as you have not previously claimed a bonus on this account, the match is applied to your first qualifying deposit. A wagering requirement means you need to bet a certain multiple of your bonus amount before you can withdraw bonus-derived winnings. For example, if you receive a Rs 1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement, you need to place a total of Rs 20,000 in qualifying bets before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash. Not all games contribute equally – slots typically contribute 100%, while table games like Baccarat and Teen Patti may contribute at a lower rate. Bonuses at pk solat have an expiry period within which the wagering requirement must be completed. If the time expires before you meet the requirement, the bonus and any winnings derived from it are forfeited automatically. The expiry period for each bonus is stated in its terms on the Promotions page. Go to the Login page and click "Forgot password?" below the password field. Enter your registered email address and a reset link will be sent immediately. The link is valid for 30 minutes. If you do not receive the email, check your spam folder. If you still cannot access your account, contact support at support@pksolat.com and we will verify your identity and restore access.
Log in to your pk solat account and go to Account Settings → Security. From there you can enable 2FA using your registered Pakistani mobile number. Once enabled, every login from an unrecognised device will require an OTP sent to your mobile. This adds a strong extra layer of protection. We recommend enabling 2FA on all pk solat accounts.
Accounts are temporarily locked after multiple failed login attempts. The lock lifts automatically after 30 minutes. If you believe your account was locked due to a security incident or for any other reason, contact our support team at support@pksolat.com. Include your username and registered email so we can identify your account and assist you quickly. Do not attempt to create a second account – that would be a terms violation.
All data transmitted between your device and pk solat is encrypted using TLS. Your personal information is stored in encrypted form and access is restricted to authorised personnel only. Log in and go to Account Settings → Responsible Gaming. You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits in PKR. The limit takes effect immediately when you set it. Self-exclusion permanently closes your pk solat account for a period you choose. You can initiate it from Account Settings → Responsible Gaming, or by contacting our support team at support@pksolat.com. Once active, you will not be able to log in and pk solat will take reasonable steps to prevent marketing materials reaching you. Any available balance meeting standard withdrawal conditions will be paid out to you. This is the strongest protective tool available on the platform.
Yes. The cooling-off period feature lets you suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days without permanently closing it. During this time you cannot log in, deposit, or play. Your balance is held safely. When the period ends, you can log in normally. If during the cooling-off period you decide you need longer-term protection, you can contact support and upgrade to a self-exclusion.
